Statusmap ghost sectors

The statusmap layout isn't the best, that's for sure. I'm holding
off on new layout algorithms until a move to a PHP web interface
happens in Nagios 3.0. If you've got a patch for the 2.0 before
then, I'll consider committing it though. :-)
