patch: changing a service check command depending on time of day

Hello Ethan & list,

I have added some functionality to nagios to allow for overriding a  
check command for a service depending on the time of day (so for  
example checking the system load during the day can have x limits  
set, but change them to y for when batch processing is run over night).
