patch: changing a service check command depending on time of day

Hi Hendrik,
I did consider it, but thought adding the check directly to nagios
would keep it easier to manage in the long run (especially since most
of the code is already there and it was just a few additions to
enable it) , rather than trying to keep track of cron jobs.
