SERVICE_STATE_TYPE_HARD in later versions

I'm trying to manipulate the url given to status.cgi to see only
events that are in a HARD state. It seems that this was possible in
earlier versions, but not lately.

What is currently the recommended way of doing this? I've looked
at cgiutils.h, but the lines

SERVICE_STATE_TYPE_SOFT         262144
SERVICE_STATE_TYPE_HARD         524288

are no longer there. See also
