NRPE and NMAP problems?

thanks for the feedback, appreciate it.
could developers with commit access commit the diff to nrpe, the diff 
isn't again trunk/head, but is against the latest stable nrpe, so I'm 
assuming it is still a problem in the trunk/head versions.
