Showing contactgroups and notification period in execinfo.cgi

On demand from "my" users I've modified execinfo.cgi to show
notification period and contactgroups.
They wanted an easy way to check where notifications were sent, and
when. It saves me a lot of trouble going through config files too :-)

Are there any interest for a patch?

If so I might fix some kind of option in nagios.cfg to enable what info
you want to see.
