[RFC] Data from file to sqlite3

That could be an idea.... but getting it as a backend (like xsdata.c for
example) would permit to use backends as  entry points (not only for "data
out")... something like a "Nagios Data In/Out" ;-) (including for
configuration).

An other _possible_ way is to use an existing and robust API called ndomod.o
;-)

So change ndo2db to whatever you want.
The NEB Module is already done. Just use the data and store it in the way
you want.
