NDO update delay

I didn´t understand. I can see the "last check" date updated correctly on
Nagios Web Interface each 5 minutes. On the other hand, the field on the
MySQL is update, but with a 30 minutes of delay, or more.

I´ve created NDO tables as told in the manual, running "db/installdb"
script.
