Nagios 3.2.0 - external commands DEL_HOST_COMMENT / DEL_SVC_COMMENT issues

I also completely get a big fail for misreading the args passed to the
DEL_HOST_COMMENT and DEL_SVC_COMMENT API calls - I was putting in the host
| host,svc tuples but the commands only take a comment id.

user error - all is working as it should.
