This patch has been tested with 1500 hosts, 19000 services and arround
80 000 comments. <br>

With nagios standart, the restart take 20 minutes and with this patch,
only 2.6 seconds.<br>

I had a huge problem with comments in a customer. I had to patch
nagios to write all comments to a database and make de CGIs read from
it as well.<br>
The comments would drag the performance of the CGIs down.<br>
