[naemon-dev] decoupling thruk

Hi Developers,

it seems like coupling Thruk was not that good idea like initially thought. Thruks release cycle does
not match Naemons release cycle which made naemon releases unnecessarily complicated and also
lead to the bad situation of Naemon users not getting the latest Thruk servicepack releases in time.
Also its not good style and more work to maintain two almost identical Thruk packages.
So unless someone heavily compains with good reasons, i will remove the Thruk package from
Naemon and replace it with a meta package which pulls in the original upstream Thruk package and
trys to keep the local changes and settings.
