Hi Andrew,

could this be a SElinux issue? SELinux is still on the todo list and not yet supported, so maybe if selinux
turned on again during the update, you might run into such issues. Also whenever the file permissions seem
to be ok but you still get permission errors, then its most likely a selinux issue.
