[naemon-users] Release 1.0.7

I upgraded on my test box.  The only problem is that the CentOS 7 
package overwrites all of my own configurations and file permissions.  
Fortunately I have things in a git repo and also backed up, but it was 
annoying to have a broken system after the update.

Please use noreplace in the spec file for all configuration files in the 
future.

Thanks for maintaining this polished alternative to Nagios!
