Scheduled downtime

No, doesn't seem to have happened.  Nagios has noticed that the switch is in 
scheduled downtime, but even though the host dependencies are all defined 
okay, I've been woken up by a flood of alerts for all the hosts that depend 
on that switch being down.  :-(
