help: statusmap.cgi trend.cgi don't display images

Well I have made several de-bugging changes to statusmap.cgi, getcgi.c, gd_gd.c and gd_gd2.c to try and determine where teh SEGFAULT is coming from, mostly to to avail. I also upgraded to gd-2.0.8 and now my status maps work on Solaris 7. Go figure.
