Multiple paths to host & Windows domain access

Hi all,

Further to Henrik's post about circular paths, I have the same situation
and would be very interested in hearing if someone has a solution for
this problem.

Also, does anyone have a method of accessing the windows domain from
linux? So that event handlers can be written for restarting windows
services etc.
