You have to set up a second contact ("nextel-contact"), which has
"notification_period oncall" in a second contactgroup ("nextel-contact-grp")
and the following escalation for services:
define serviceescalation{
host_name your-host-name
service_description your-service-name
first_notification 3
last_notification 3
notification_interval xxx ; the same as in the service
definition
contact-groups mail-contact-grp,nextel-contact-grp
}
or for hosts:
define hostescalation{
host_name your-host-name
first_notification 3
last_notification 3
notification_interval xxx ; the same as in the host definition
contact-groups mail-contact-grp,nextel-contact-grp
}
You can have a comma seperated list of all hostnames for "host_name", which
have to share the same escalation.
