Hi,
i have trouble with Avaibility reports.
For instance :
By Services -> ALL SERVICES ->
Last 7 days (assume Initial States , assume State Retention, First assumed State Unspecified),
and I've results
Host Service % Time OK% Time Warning% Time Unknown% Time Critical% Time Undetermined
<myhost> HTTP 100.000%(100.000%) 0.000% (0.000%) 0.000% (0.000%) 0.000%(0.000%) 0.000%
That's seems OK.
BUT..
when I click on the link "HTTP"
I have the following result :
OK, WARNING, UNKNOWN, CRITICAL : 0
And on the Undetermined case :
Nagios Not Running 0d 0h 0m 0s 0.000%
Insufficient Data 7d 0h 0m 0s 100.000%
Total 7d 0h 0m 0s 100.000% All
Total 7d 0h 0m 0s 100.000%100.000%
And no logs (full/condensed) are available..
And the "Service Detail" view give me :
<myhost> | HTTP | OK | 27-12-2002 22:28:48 | 49d 11h 9m 50s | 1/3 | HTTP ok: HTTP/1.1 200 OK - 0.390 second response time
-> the check command works normaly
-> no problem are detected since 49 days (this information is good)
...
For this 7 days period, no problems are detected, so nothing was logged.
But I'm wondering if results have had to be believe, and if it's always the right state which is taken when no information are available for a determined period..
Why in the global report, I have : time OK : 100 % ; time undetermed : 0 %, while in the detailed view : it's the opposite !!! ?
