Postgres patch

Not exactly sure really, I know it has something to do with the way
PostGreSQL is handling timestamp fields in the newer releases.  All I've
been able to find is that is looks like the datetime() and abstime()
functions are not really supported any more and the push is to move to the
timestamp functions...  The patch simply replaces the datetime(abstime())
calls with timestamptz().
