Problem with NSClient 1.0.7.0onnon-englishWin2000

I had that problem when I used an od version of the NS client I was told
at the time that it's a Microsoft problem with the pdh.dll file. In
later versions of nsclient the author turned off the messages and so the
logs dont get flooded
