Audio alerts

Hi all,

I have posted my problem a few days ago.. with no reply. 
I really would like to know how does one go about implementing audio alerts 
for passive services that are disabled? 
All the doc says is specifying the .wav files in the cgi.cfg but Nagios does 
not seem to produce audio alerts for passive services that turn into hard 
state. 
Really looking forward for any help.
