Nagois Alarm?

When I say alarm, I mean an annoying siren that would play (a .wav of some
sort) on the client side.  In my case I have a dedicated box that just sits
on the ( currently netsaint) status page.

Is there some type of alarm implemented for nagios?  E.g. if a monitored
host becomes available it sends an alarm to the web interface.  Has someone
implemented this?
