Silly config error?

Do you have this line:

AddHandler cgi-script .cgi

And is this line:

ScriptAlias /nagios/cgi-bin/ /usr/local/nagios/sbin/

Placed before this line:

ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /usr/local/apache/cgi-bin/
