Nagios Version 1.0b6

Does not restart if check_external_commands=1 in nagios.cfg.

Hello!

This problem was appeared after that when Nagios installand and was nessesary to get control from web-interface, so i can't resolve it :(

There a piece of log (After `/etc/init.d/nagios restart'): 
[1035822522] Nagios 1.0b6 starting... (PID=13068)
[1035822522] Finished daemonizing... (New PID=13069)
[1035822522] Error: Could not create external command file '/home/ng/var/rw/nagios.cmd' as named pipe: (2) -> No such file or directory.  If this file already exists and you are sure that another copy of Nagios is not running, you should delete this file.
[1035822522] Bailing out due to errors encountered while trying to open the external command file for reading... (PID=13069)

I've never had this file '/home/ng/var/rw/nagios.cmd'... What is the matter of this problem? May B somebody ever get this error?
