Can't add comments --Oops

Guess you need to use a valid hostname...Any way that I can make the comments section accept madeup hostname and valid hostnames? I'd like my users to be able to add generic comments to that section...

Anyone seen this? I can delete comments in the comments section, but I can't add them directly, however I can add them under individual hosts & services and see them and delete them in the comments section so I don't believe it's a permissions cgi.cfg error...
