easy question, ns -> nagios, where did 'acknowledge' go?

I'm sure this will be an easy question for someone, but I've been staring at
it too long to figure out the following question: where has the "Acknowledge
this service problem" functionality from Netsaint gone in Nagios?

I have the following choices for a critical service.  Is this what everyone
else sees as well?

 Disable Service Notifications
 Delay Next Service Notification
 Schedule Downtime For This Service 
 Disable Checks Of This Service
 Re-schedule Next Service Check	
 Submit Passive Check Result For This Service 
 Stop Accepting Passive Checks For This Service 
 Disable Event Handler For This Service 
 Disable Flap Detection For This Service 

Has the old functionality been folded into "Schedule Downtime For This
Service"?  Or somewhere else?  Or am I completely lost? :-)
