nrpe environment settings

hi,

today i noticed, that nrpe 1.5 apparently doesn't pass its environment (esp. 
LD_LIBRARY_PATH) to the check commangs.

since i could find about as many reasons why it shoul pass those as reasons 
why it should not, i'm curious wheter it's a bug or a feature.
