Out of Bounds

Hello everyone.
I have just finished setting up nagios, to do what my old netsaint system was
doing.
One of the things I am monitoring is a cluster. I am using passive service
checks with nsca/send_nsca for most of the processes monitored within this
cluster.
On these services I get this a lot: (Return code of 127 is out of bounds -
plugin may be missing)
Typically, I am checking for numbers of processes, for example, how many cron
daemon's are running, how man httpd's, how many zombies etc. So I am using
check_procs a lot, and using send_nsca to jam to them to the nagios server.
I never used to get these when I was using Netsaint.
The cluster machines send out info about every five minutes on all of their
monitored processes. They do not do this simultaneously, they are all
staggered so that the nagios server is not hit all at once.
I have the check_freshness_interval set to 7 minutes... I am pretty sure it
was about that on the netsaint server too.
What is going on ?
Thank you!
chris
