Cygwin and nrpe

That was quite the ramble.  Not sure what it has to do with the Subject
though.

If you're going to start a new thread, start a new thread.  If you're going
to refer to an old thread, bring up the old e-mail and stuff it back in the
mailing list pipe, with comments.  Please.
