Availability Reports

Hi

Is it possible to have a availability report created where there is
average % for the server with all its services.

I.e.

SERVER = 99%
HTTP = 78%
FTP = 94%

Average Availability = 90%

This would be useful to get an idea of the servers health as a whole.
