Try to run this:

/usr/bin/rrdtool graph test.png -s -2851200 -a PNG -v Seconds DEF:var0=/usr/local/nagios/rrd/GlenNT_Ping.rrd:ping:AVERAGE LINE2:var0#ff0000:ping:

And look for errors. If the command succcess you should have a graph in 
test.png.
