openssl

Hi

How can i see if i have the the development version of libssl
installed because is a prerequisite to check https.
After I have to reconfigure and rebuild your nagios plugins with:
./configure  --prefix=/usr/local/nagios --with-nagios-user=nagios
- --with-nagios-group=nagios --with-openssl=/usr/include (this ist the
debian path to openssel/ssl.h

I just need to make the configure or i must make the make all and make
install too.
