nsca problem :(

hi,

i have a problem to configure nsca 
any help would be appreciate :)

here is my problem :
[root at miracle eventhandlers]# /usr/bin/send_nsca 192.200.200.76  -c /etc/nagios/send_nsca.cfg
Error: Timeout after 10 seconds

i confuse may be i have set a wrong way :( 
could you all tell me or gimme an example about nsca config and nsca_send config 
between 2 nagios machine for distribute system. and help me to tell about example script may be can help
