AW: Sending sms notifications to multiple contacts

Hi,

I'm new to this but can you tell me how i will use the smstools?
My doubts are the alterations In the miscommands.cfg file, and can i put
the numbers of celular phones in the contacts?

Anyone hnows the definitions that i must use to Portugal?
