Status Map, Pop-up questions

I might not be understanding youre response, Jim.  If so, please
forgive me.

First, I tend to agree that it's probably a browser issue, but
generally, I *have* to use IE, since it's the corp. standard.  I'm
attaching (hopefully it works) a .PNG screen capture of what happens
with IE.  I've tried Konquerer and get the same "problem" happening. 

Any more suggestions are more than welcome.
