You need to configure things and make sure that the nagios process is
running.
If you execute the command ``ps aux | grep [n]agios'' or ``ps -ef | grep
-v grep | grep nagios''
(the first command is for linux, the second one is for Solaris) you should
see some output
similar to this:
nagios 18219 0.0 0.3 6732 1372 ? SN Apr02 38:35 /usr/sbin/nagios
/etc/nagios/nagios.cfg
Otherwise, nagios is not running.

Hi,
I have the nagios webinterface setup. Thus i can goto
http://Pcname/nagios/ and a page appears. I can also click on Home,
Documentation and read away..
Clicking anything under the monitoring section shows OBJECT NOT FOUND. I
suppose this is because I have not confiruged anything yet? Or should i
still be able to access these pages but they should just show me nothing
for now as opposed to Object not found.
