NagMIN COnfig Question

I've setup NagMIN to load all my Nagios config files and NagMIN verifies
and restarts Nagios for me just like it's supposed to.  However, the new
changes don't appear in Nagios.  I'm sure I missed a step in the NagMIN
setup.  In the nagios.cfg file, do I need to change the cfg files to
point to the new ones created by NagMIN?

Hosts.cfg instead of hosts.cfg etc...
