Hi There,

Paging systems mostly are unidirectional. So you have a layer1/2 limitation 
that prevents your feature request.

As an alternative, how about using the WAP interface of the Nagios system, 
and treat cellphones like a pager.

Your demanding group of engineers should have known this.
