Statusmap

Hi
I have problems with my statusmap when I try to see it only I see a little
box with a "X" and i f I put my mouse under the box i can see the image of
my machine that I am monitoring but I don`t have any background ,I defined
one in my cgi file but I can´t see nothing

what can I do ?
