availabity in report

Hi to all!

    Why is it that I always get always 0 value in
%TIME OK ,   %TIME WARNING,  %TIME,  %TIME
UNKNOWN,%TIME CRITICAL and %TIME UNDETERMINED in
"report" options in "Avaiability" but my service and
host are running.
