Downtime for all services on a host

If none of the services are available, what's the point of having your host
checked for uptime? It's like having a rock... sure, it looks great, but...
it doesn't do a whole lot of anything for anyone.
AFAIK, what you're looking for doesn't exist. But you still have these
options:
- disable notifications for all services on a given host (but leave the host
notifications enabled)
- put host into downtime
The latter isn't so bad, really. What use is a host if you can't even login
to it?
If you *can* login to the host, you might want to add that service to the
various services you do check.
