Different alerts for same contact and same ser vice

You won't need to define the service twice. But you *will* need to define 2
contacts, one which receives e-mail during 'workhours', the other which
receives pages during 'nonworkhours'. Both contacts can be added to the
same contactgroup, and that contactgroup can be associated with the
host/hostgroup.
