how to make ..other.. dependency?

Hello,

Please help me with finding solution.
I have serrvice which is sum of few processes. If all of them exist -
service is ok. I have defined services for checking presents of each single
process. How to define service, which is ok if all of these processes are
ok, and is critical if any of these processes is unknown or critical?
Dependency work in oposite way, second day i cant find out the idea how to
resolve this problem...

Can anyone help me?
