A small mistake in the documentation?

Hello,
I get only errors with this line

ScriptAlias /nagios/cgi-bin/ /usr/local/nagios/sbin/

Is this line correct?

After I change the ScriptAlias-statement to  

ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/nagios/ /usr/local/nagios/sbin/

my nagios works fine.
