Help! Can't compile...

I'm trying to compile, but I'm receiving this error:

Why is this happening? I've installed the GD libraries, the PNG libraries, the
JPEG libraries, and the ZLIB libraries... But I'm stuck!

I've tried everything.... Someone please help! lol
