Scheduled downtime

On the left frame, click on the "Downtime" link. You will be taken to a
screen that lets you delete the downtime entry.

I've a question:
Suppose one sets a 2 hour downtime window, and then thinks better of it. He
deletes the note that was created when the downtime was set. The host or
service is still in the downtime period, and nagios still reports it in the
downtime period ... how does one unset scheduled downtime?
vi downtime.log?
