GD, PNG, and/or JPEG libraries could not be located

Hello,

 

I need help getting the GD libs detected during configure.  I downloaded and
installed the recommended gd,png libs and still nothing.  I tried specifying
at the command line with -with-gd-lib etc... and also nothing.  I am running
SUSE 8.2 and latest Nagios.  Can anyone assist with this?
