Compiling Graphics CGI's

When I installed Nagios, I didn't have GD installed. I do now and I'd like
to get statusmap.cgi, trends.cgi and histogram.cgi.

How do I compile the individual CGI's? I've spent quite a bit of time
getting Nagios monitoring everything on my network and I'm afraid of messing
it up.
