Service Comments

Hi!
 
Just want to ask for help regarding nagios service comments. I was able to
activate (made it work well) nagios with mysql and able to add/delete to
nagios database. My problem is the comment data is not displayed on the web.
What could be the problem? I already set the authentication in cgi.
