Hello Jasmine,

Thanks for the response.  You are right,  I had the
"retain_nonstatus_information" set to 0.  If this is not set to 1, when
nagios restarts, all disabled settings are lost.

That means in your configuration of your services you have disabled them. 
Re-check your config files again
